Our Sales Policy

All rabbits will be at least 8 weeks old when adopted

 

Rabbits can live for 8 to 12 years. Please be responsible and understand it is a commitment you are willing to make for the life of the rabbit.

 

A non-refundable deposit of $35.00 must be recieved before a rabbit will be held for you.  No rabbit will be confirmed until deposit is received.

 

We will accept a check for deposit. No rabbit will be adopted until your check has cleared the bank.

 

Final payment in cash only on the day of pick up.

 

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a rabbit.

 

We do not ship, you must pick up your rabbit. We meet at a convenient area just off the highway.

 

We do not allow visits to the farm. It is not because we have something to hide, quite the contrary, we have something to protect - our privacy and our rabbits. It upsets the pregnant does. It affects the hens egg laying. As we said, we are a small hobby

farm, we keep it peaceful and quiet for our neighbors.

 

We can not take any rabbits back once it leaves our farm for fear it has picked up something that may endanger our entier herd. 

 

Our rabbits are bred for health.  We only sell healthy rabbits. It is not our responsibility what happens to the rabbit once it leaves our property. Proper feeding, care and housing are all factors in the future health of your rabbit.

 

Our rabbits are bred for temperament, all of the babies are social and friendly. We are not responsible for the temperament of the rabbit once it leaves our property. There are a lot of factors involved on how a rabbit's personality will evolve. How much you put in to them is how much you will get out of them.

 

We are not responsible for any expenses incurred after the sale, ie: veterinary bills, other expenses

 

We reserve the right to refuse a sale.

 

A copy of this sales policy will be given to anyone who purchases our rabbits.
